Pet Policy

Pets are allowed (excluding the Pit Bull, Doberman and Rottweiler dog breeds) with a signed pet agreement and a paid one-time, non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee is based on the type, size, age and number of pets. Pet fee is required

Accepted Payment Methods

Applications – Application fees can be paid by:

• payment over the phone via credit card (3% fee + $3.95 applies) or ACH bank draft ($3.17 fee applies.)

• check/money order mailed to the address at the top of the application.

Application Process / Fee

If you are interested in applying for a unit, we charge $40 per person application fee. This fee covers our cost of a background and credit check; as well as income verification.

Rental Insurance Requirement

We require all tenants to maintain at least $100,000 of personal liability insurance.
