Here at Hemme Construction, we have many plans in our portfolio including everything from 1.5 and 2 story plans to slabs. We don’t limit ourselves to only building what is in our portfolio, and we routinely have plans drawn from a simple idea or to modify an existing plan. Most custom home builds start this way as well. Other custom home plans may start with an idea found online, drawn to the customer's specifications and to meet local building codes. During this process it is common to have a few revisions to get everything just the way our customer wants it. We simplify the process as much as possible in order to make it easy.
