We take time to specifically plan every aspect of the building and design process and work with the best contractors and suppliers. Read more about our building process below.

1. Research

What kind of home do you want to build? Budget? Timeline? Get pre-approved by a lending institution, and secure a construction loan.

2. Determine a Price

After the plan is completed, we calculate a cost estimate of your home.

3. Make Selections

During this time, we assist & guide you through the selection process of your home. This includes colors, choices, etc.

4. Sign a Contract

We sign a construction contract. You pay a fixed builder fee & the building costs are paid in increments throughout the build. 

5. Construction Contract

We build your home with great care & integrity.

6. Homeowner Walkthroughs

We have scheduled walks throughout the construction process. When it's complete, we have a scheduled "Final Walkthrough" to ensure that your standards are met.

7. Inspections

We welcome Private Party Inspectors authorized by you, the homeowner.

8. Complete

Complete the Purchase.

9. Orientation

We take this time to go over items such as thermostat operation, furnace filter changing, breaker panel location, main water shutoff location, main gas shutoff, and much more.

Complimentary 30-Day & 11-Month Warranty Follow Up  

Customer is encouraged to schedule follow ups.  We will then perform either a 30-day or 11-month follow up with the homeowner. We will correct any items found.
